Telos is the Greek word for an inherent purpose or goal, the thing something is meant to become. Just as an acorn holds the potential to grow into a strong oak tree, each person carries within them the capacity for growth.
The name is a reminder that therapy is directional work, not just maintenance. You come in with something you are stuck on and you leave, eventually, with more room to live.
